On a collection public show page, using the sort option for the works display should work

Actual behavior

On a collection public show page, choosing a sort option does not change the order that the works appear

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Identify a collection with a few works in it
2. Navigate to the collection's public show page
3. At the Works section, verify that all of the sorting options work

The works do not sort, no matter what Sort by: selection you choose
