I would say it could go under Miscellaneous. It would be nice if it had VBA syntax highlighting also but I guess it's written in VBA so still eligible.

I definitely find it an excellent tool, especially for those who need to write documentation for their code tools in MS Word!

I think I was initially thinking Examples > Addins but misc could work too... Actually, that whole section looks like it should be moved to Examples > Addins right?
