Loading/Busy indicators

Performance is very poor from Australia so it is really obvious that there is no loading/busy indicators when opening a mentor profile. The app just sits empty (in the background it is fetching the data) then 30 seconds later (if you are patient and have waited that long) the data appears, but there is no indication to the user what is going on.

I suggest adding some loading/busy indicators while fetching data to make it obvious that something is happening.

I've added a busy indicator on the main odata model. Now it shows a loading indicator in the middle of the screen for each call. Maybe it's better to only add it to the detail page? The master list already has a loading indicator...
