Intersection param against bbox

I was looking for a "contains" parameter, cause i strictly require catalogs contains my AOI.
bbox parameter (I would like it in geojson format) seems the only one(by documentation) to follow this but:

bbox: Only features that have a geometry that intersects the bounding box are selected. The bounding box is provided as four or six numbers, depending on whether the coordinate reference system includes a vertical axis

So, it's not my case.

Intersects parameter seems specifically for an intersection...(so the same as bbox but supports geojson)

intersects** - Provide a GeoJSON Feature string or the name of a GeoJSON file containing a single Feature that is a Polygon of an AOI to be searched.

There is a way to search for contains?

I'd also be interested in a new "contains" parameter. With intersects, the AOI doesn't have to fit into a single scene which is not ideal in some cases.
