UCP - ADD EVENT MEDALS STEP 3 / CHANGES FOR USER STEP 1 - Username use accented chars

HI,

when i create a event medals, on my FRENCH board many users have any accented chars in their usernames. On Step 2 it's OK the username who have any accented chars will be displayed with accented chars. But on step 3 the username is like that :

Mod??rateur

while the original is :

Modérateur

I have found the same problem in other extension, maybe that will be usefull for you :

• the problem: FRENCH or others languages - To use of accented chars oneall/social-login-phpbb#16
• the solution found by the author: oneall/social-login-phpbb@c56626c?w=1

For this problem of accented chars, when i want to do "changes for user" with a user who have some accented chars in his username, the script repond : "User doesn't exist".
