vdsql joins

How are you supposed to do joins in vdsql?

For example if I have users, user_roles and roles with FK relationships between them. Do I have to follow the steps in https://www.visidata.org/docs/join/ and setup everything manually? Is there an automated way? If not, it sure would be nice to have one ;)

It also would be nice if I could jump from the roleId column in users to the referenced row in the user_roles table.

Also, how can I show the sidebar mentioned in the README?
