Please see the branch dev-custom-config-file for new (under-development) configuration file support.

Ideas/thoughts welcome.

At this point, the code is mostly functional, and the following is needed, at a minimum, to finalize it:

  • Proper unit (and integration?) tests
  • Find and address all "TBD"
  • Double-check backward compatibility (i.e. need for a major version uprev?)
