When we craft an image, we must check is the root password is empty

Implement a make test helper which will apply some common tests + local tests if present
common tests:
- are ssh host keys removed ?
- is root password empty ?
- is there a valid /sbin/init script
- is there a /bin/sh binary ?
specific test examples
- mysql-dependent images -> is mysql-server installed ?
