Certificate Master's SCEPman should be the one from the main slot #10

When running the script with AppServiceSlotName parameter, CertMaster will be created and submits to this deployment slot, which is okay.

But when running the script again without AppServiceSlotName, it should update the CertMaster setting to submit to the production slot. It currently doesn't.
