Python warning appears when creating Certificate Master.
If the permissions are missing to create the Certificate Master App Service, the script should crash, but it continues currently

Module version 1.12.6.0 on PS 5.1, az 2.56

User selected to crate the app with the name ...

Code: AuthorizationFailed
Message: The client ...
CertMaster web app ... created
