My results are inconsistent with others. How should I make adjustments

The results I obtained using GenomeScope 2.0 are inconsistent with the results provided by the company. How should I make adjustments? Could the issue be in the Jellyfish step, and are there any parameters that can be modified?

This is the expected result: the "top" of a negative binomial is shifted to the left relative to the mean of the distribution. The results looks quite reliable here Good luck Mike
