scx_rustland_core: missing structs in documentation

The generated documentation only contains the RustLandBuilder struct and nothing else. Maybe this is because most of the code is generated by build.rs and this is not run by the documentation builder. I guess there should be a solution to fix this used by other crates that also use build.rs and manage to have the documentation contain all generated structs.
