Feature request: workflow job template add_schedule method

Actually it's not possible to create a schedule for a workflow job template.
Do you have planned to add this to the library ?

Hi @Tioborto, thanks for creating this feature request. I did not plan for this feature, neither for the one on #99 since I am not activelly using a tower system for some time now. If you are willing to contribute I would gladly help you get this implemented and verify with you, with the disclamer that it would probably be a little slow, because I am currently working part time due to parental leave. Please let me know what you think, i am assuming the same for #99
