Investigate why ingesting Texts from Google Docs isn't working

Story

As an admin, when I try to ingest a Text into a Project from a public Google Doc, I get the following error:

Connecting to Manifold websocket...
Successfully connected to websocket.
Downloading external resource: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NYLzZW8EoKfaNJ_O-bV0BUSEIRBeJwS9W6PQcBTHPqs/edit?usp=sharing
Processing failed.

Unable to fetch ingestion source from https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NYLzZW8EoKfaNJ_O-bV0BUSEIRBeJwS9W6PQcBTHPqs/edit?usp=sharing

While this feature is not required in the immediate future, it will be at launch, so we would like to at least understand what is causing the issue.

• Determine the reason why Manifold fails to ingest a public Google Doc
• Create a follow up ticket

Review the Manifold docs to check if a specific format is required (e.g. requiring certain keywords or structure)

After troubleshooting locally with little success, I decided to ask about this in a Discussion on the Manifold GH repo. I was directed to this documentation that I had missed.

In summary, to be able to ingest Texts from Google Docs, configuration needs to be done in Google Cloud Console. This is not a task we can do since it would be Princeton's Google accounts, so I'm going to forward this information on to the client in an email and consider this ticket done.
