This collection has special permissions, but thumbnails and metadata should be publicly available to all
These works are all marked institution. Which means we wouldn't show thumbnails or metadata. Should the record and its obj be public, but the rest of the attachments remain institution? just the record? We can bulk update them, but need to know what permissions to update them to
The user should be allowed to see metadata and thumbnail, but not have access to the full image. Our plan will be to mark records and thumbnails as public and file attachments as institution/private
Acceptance Criteria
Users can only view the metadata and thumbnail for records in the Archivision collection (see screenshot and link)
