install-tl-ubuntu for DEBIAN

i don't tried to install your package on debian.
i would like to know if i can or not?
if for some reasons i can't, doe's it exist an equivalent way. which one?

@Cherkah it would be nice to extend install-tl-ubuntu to work also with Debian. I am guessing there would need to be several small changes. I don't use Debian, but if you are willing to test and provide a patch, we can work together to implement support for Debian.

Thanks for running the command and the output. I'm not sure how to fix that. It seems the changes to get things working on Debian are larger than I was guessing. It would be nice to have things working on Debian, but I think we'll need to wait for someone to make a patch.
