Unique project name with Auto Save option enabled by default in Scratch Desktop editor #203

Expected Behavior

The Scratch Editor should

generate a unique name file name and project name for each new project
autosave the project every few minutes (3 min for instance)
have the auto-save enabled by default
provide the option of disabling the auto-save

Actual Behavior

same project name is used every time the editor opens
if the editor crashes or is closed the project get lost

Steps to Reproduce

open scratch
an empty project called Scratch Project is generated
make some editing
make the editor crash or close it forcibly
the changes are gone

Windows 10 64 bit
