App Stores don't link to App privacy policy

Expected Behavior

App stores should link to https://scratch.mit.edu/privacy_policy/apps, since it was made for that purpose

Actual Behavior

They link to https://scratch.mit.edu/privacy_policy/

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/scratch-3/9pfgj25jl6x3'
2. Scroll down until you see "Scratch 3 privacy policy" and then click it
3. Go to 'https://apps.apple.com/us/app/scratch-desktop/id1446785996'
4. Scroll down until you see "developer's privacy policy" and then click it
5. Go to 'https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.scratch'
6. Scroll down, then click "Privacy Policy"

System Details

If the problem occurs in the browser, please provide operating system and browser e.g. Mac OS 10.11.6 Safari 10.0

If using one of the Apps please provide the app version and device details, e.g. Scratch 3.0.57, Android 9 on HP x360 Chromebook
