Issue

When logging out within the CLI and trying to log back in, the CLI doesn't recognize that you have a staking address set until you log back in.

How to reproduce.

  1. Successfully register and login through the CLI.
  2. In cli typing "logout" and enter, then close the CLI
  3. In terminal window with worker exit gracefully.
  4. Start the worker back up
  5. Starting the CLI

Here the CLI window shows a notice saying "This node is not yet configured with a staking address. To initiate the node, use the "setup" command."

  1. Now if you type "login" then enter you should be able to login successfully and the notice goes away.
