Holder element is not cleared properly when quickPagination is called again #5

I use the plugin to paginate ajax search results. When I trigger the quickPagination a second time it does not clear the holder element, but instead appends the results there.

When not using holder, works as expected.

@rnyberg This looks related to Holder bug click events #4. Did you manage to fix it?
