Add support for bash-completion

Using beet completion command user can generate script to add bash-completion support for beet command.

Would be nice to add additional flag bash-completion that when enabled will generate this script and put it into /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/ (taken from gentoo-bashcomp ebuild)
