Text to speech problem on MacOS #89

Tested MacOS Version:

MacOS Sierra 10.12.6
MacOS Catalina 10.15.3.

Tested Browser:

Chrome
Safari
Firefox

I've got 2 problems on MacOs;

The output "2020" in tradition Chinese is "二千零二十" but on Window is "二零二零".
I am not sure if this is a normal behavior.

I have no idea about the issues although i am already working on it for so long.
