Pkg.add not working for Julia 1.0.0 #14

I have Julia 1.0.0. When I try to add the package using "Pkg.add Gillespie", I get the following error:
"restricted by julia compatibility requirements to versions: uninstalled — no versions left"

As I've been waiting for the dust to settle on 1.0, I haven't updated to be compatible with the latest Julia. I should be able to get to this next week.

Sorry it has taken soo long to get to this. It passes builds now on 1.0 and 1.1, on both Linux and OSX. I'll try to fix a couple of other issues before I release. In the meantime, dev Gillespie in the pkg REPL should work.
