Add a menu and options to create a table in the archeoViz format

So far, users have to prepare their table with the correct columns names by their own.
A tool that assists the user in this task might be convenient. This tool might be

• either included in the application
• or designed as an external application only for this purpose (what has the advantage of not making the app heavier)
