Add the option to choose between depth and altitude in the Shiny app

If I'm not mistaken, the option to choose between depth and altitudes is only available using the archeoViz function in R, not in the interface of the Shiny app. Since many archaeologists record altitudes, this would be a useful addition in the Data tab.
