Your phone needs to be plugged for backup to work message

Hello

I have clear the app data and storage of the seed vault app but it still won't let me do a backup. There is a portion on the settings that says the phone must be charging to do a backup and it won't let me turn it off.

How do I charge the device at the same time if only one port is available on these android devices ?

I did not have this problem several months ago so I do not know if this was an update that has caused this problem.

What ROM and version are you on? Can you please also share a screenshot/photo from the Seedvault About screen?

Is your issue that the "Backup scheduling" "Conditions" are greyed out? This is because scheduling with those conditions doesn't work while you are using a flash drive since it is not always plugged in.

OK, this ROM has removed our About screen.

It may be possible that your issue is the same as #805

Can you post a screenshot of the main Seedvault screen?

Do you have the flash drive plugged in that you set up Seedvault with?
