Possibility of using with Typescript

I am wondering if there is any plan to add types to this library so that it can be used within my TS application. Currently I am unable to import without the type declaration and am instead importing via a require. I am in the process of trying to upgrade to the latest react-scripts and node and this library is throwing errors.

It appears to be the most suitable around that I can find but would be great if it was typed.
