需求：未来很多服务都基于kubernetes服务上线的业务需要进行埋点
状况：
- N+ pods 的数据上报，默认都把日志数据通过json输出到elasitc中了
- 能否加一个上报的 agent for elastic 作为数据上报的方式，那样所有接入神策的服务，都只用在业务代码输出埋点的json数据格式，统一通过elastic进行上报项目埋点数据
