[mock + flask] Unable to capture /nplusone in Flask #364

For some reason backend is not being hit at all
Even when testing locally by pointing browser to
https://application-monitoring-react-dot-sales-engineering-sf.appspot.com/nplusone?backend=flask
we don't see any XHR/fetch requests to flask or any other backend at all
Somehow it seems to work in SauceLabs though.
Not sure how that is possible
