A Prospect is a potential new customer for Serra. Main goal for the Prospect is to get to know Marijn and/or find out how to contact him. The Prospect's visit can be considered successful if he calls or emails Marijn, or if he finds the information he's interested in and then decides it will not be a good match.
A HR employee is considering adopting to Scrum with their 50-person development organization. He visits the website and concludes that Marijn would be an excellent match for the role of Scum Master. He sends an email to request some additional information.
A recruiter looks for an experienced .net programmer for a CRM project for a financial organization. She visits the website and finds out that Marijn is not interested in this kind of work.
A Returning Customer (short: Customer) is a relation that has hired Serra before. Main goal for the Customer is to find company information (e.g. contact data) or get an update on what Marijn is up to.
