**USER CAN EDIT AN EXISTING FOLDER NAME**

When viewing all folders a user can edit the name of a folder and save their changes

• Add edit button/way to make h2 tag modifiable
• Add useState to store all the folders from useEffect, and then write method to be able to find and update the modified folder name and save to state
• Add button to save changes/functionality to click out edit box and that triggers save method
• add apiCall patchFolderName
• invoke patchFolderName to update db, and if successful show new name in its place, else render error message saying that name was not accepted
