Hello, i am trying to rotate a volume on a different axis, for example, if I rotate all of the images 90 degrees before I upload them to the volume, then it would be rotated on the Y axis 90 degrees, is there a way to rotate volumes by other axes?

Hi, yes this is something that can be done though there is no automation for it right now.

You can perform this process during the initial upload by loading and rotating sets of images at once (more difficult and annoying, but possibly more efficient). Alternatively, once your image has been uploaded in its initial orientation, you can use CloudVolume to pull arbitrary blocks, rotate them, and then upload them to a new dataset in the correct location.
