feature request: add support for manabox import/export format

I've been playing around with the tool (and unfortunately I'm on iOS, so I can't use DelverLense) but I'm strugling to import my collection from Manabox.

Manabox's documentation on their export/import format

Hello, it does not support the manabox format. There were no answers of a common format, so I just decided to pick deckstats as the baseline, because they allow conversion to other formats.

I don't plan (as of now) to rewrite the macaco format or add additional formats.
As they are all plain text, it should be fairly easy to convert lists from one to the other.

The macaco export format (which is compatible to deckstats.net) looks like this:

2x Relic Robber [znr.153.en]
4x Roil Eruption [znr.155.en]
2x Roiling Vortex [znr.156.en]

I might look into ManaBox some day, but right now your best approach would be to manually change the format of your list or find a website that allows to convert to it.
