I noticed with the bag addon in the UI, Some items get bugged where i can't move them or do anything with them until i log off and log back on, then i can vendor it. or what i need with it.

heres an example, one of the eggs cannot be moved in the bag, sold, or nothing until i reload ui.

That's a known issue of CleanUp/SortBags:
