RGB LEDs on Arduino Mega

Hi there,
I'm having some troubles getting RGB LEDs to work with Arduino mega2560 (latest firmware flashed)
The RGB led works fine when the board is set to individual LEDs so all the connections are good and correct, but when switched to RGB the test LED function no longer works. Is this function fully supported with these boards or did i miss something else?

I also have an official Opendeck V1.2.2 board here, which seems to work fine with the same configuration.

Can you tell me which pins exactly do you have the RGB LED connected to, and also, which RGB LED did you enable in the UI?

Pins 17,16 and 15 Enabled on LED 0.
I've gone through each of the connections on this table and enabling the corresponding RGB but each give no output when RGB is enabled.
Set to single LED

rather than RGB the same pins work.
