Overview

We forgot to add this mechanic to the thorswap banner:

new Date().getUTCFullYear() < THORSWAP_MAXIMUM_YEAR_TRESHOLD

References and additional details

We need to hide this banner for the next year

Acceptance Criteria

The banner won't be shown in 2025 as fees will be applied again
