I like it a lot @polinekes.
Are you planning to keep the light/dark thing? It might be read as a good/bad or something.

But, it would be easier for me to give feedback against flow / storyboard and wireframes, as I need to understand the context for this illustration. As an illustration it is very nice, though I like the building and the background better than the mom and dad characters which could be a bit more expressive and maybe use simpler lines. I would also propose the parents and especially the father figure be a bit less cold and alien to the baby, they should be a bit more excited and hopeful for their baby and his/her future, I think it's important for the storytelling as well. No?
