csvtk 0.32.0 for FreeBSD AMD64 reports version 0.31.2.

The FreeBSD AMD64 csvtk binary for release csvtk 0.32.0 reports version 0.31.2 which doesn't exist. I haven't verified the version number that csvtk reports for any of the other assets for release 0.32.0.

csvtk v0.31.2

I think the source of the version error is csvtk/cmd/version.go which probably means that all of the assets report the incorrect version number.

Actually, you changed it from 0.31.1 to 0.31.2 instead of to 0.32.0.

Initially, I fixed a bug: #295, and bumped 0.31.1 to 0.31.2.

Soon after, I added a new feature to csvtk pretty, and I thought it worth a new minor version. But I forgot to update the version.go file :(
