FrontEnd Selection and Visibility Issue

Description

While testing the FrontEnd Applications, the following issues were observed:

1. FrontEnd Access Control: Upon selecting a front end (e.g., Default UI), the system still allows access to other front ends.
2. Data Visibility: The applications are visible on the getproproperties endpoint, but it is unclear if this is a configuration issue.
3. UI Display Issue: After selecting a front end, refreshing the page results in the selected front end no longer being displayed on the UI.

This behavior also occurs on the functional main version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Release 41
2. Click Edit
3. On the Allow only selected FrontEnd Applications, Select a front end (e.g., Default UI).
4. Save, and refresh
5. Observe that the selected frontend does not display on the UI
6. login to Swagger as Username: evana, password: 123qwe
7. Observe that the swagger remains accessible.

Actual Result

• Other front ends remain accessible.
• The selected front end disappears from the UI after a page refresh.

Expected Result

• Only the selected front end should be accessible after selection.
• The selected front end should persist after refreshing the page.
