Right now, every server routing handler uses the same two lines to check if a user exists:
user = mongo.db.users.find_one({"email": request_json["email"]}) if not user_exists(user): return None
We should move these lines into a decorator. One note is that the user variable should also be accessible inside the routing handler as well.
