Deploy and maintain YAFC-CE on Flathub

When Steam Deck users attempt to install something using a package manager, the files are cleared on the next software update for SteamOS. However, Flathub packages stay on the device, which means that Flathub is the go-to source for Steam Deck users to install applications like YAFC. It would be very helpful to have YAFC-CE on Flathub so that Steam Deck users could consistently and easily install the program.

If someone wants to go through the process of submission, verification, and maintenance on Flathub, they are free to do that.

I'll keep this issue open for, let's say, three months, to see if anyone is up for it.
