Loading hangs on "Executing mods data-updates.lua" for NPBees2

Factorio v1.1.110
YAFC - newgame for sync.zip

YAFC fails silently 2 times out of 3 at

One CPU core sits at 100% and YAFC doesn't load. Whereas it normally loads in about 4 seconds, I waited 5-10 minutes and it doesn't load.

I am unable to reproduce this, with either the debug or release builds. Will you attach a yafc log file from when it hangs, please?

Here you go. 4(?) fails, and one successful load.
Had to give full write permission to /usr/lib/factorio-yafc-ce-git so it could create the logfile. Maybe you want to move the logfiles to somewhere else, maybe in the same folder where the .yafc file is saved?
