Uppy and Shrine validaions

Maybe someone faced the same problem and can help me out here

I am using shrine direct upload and uppy dashboard plugin and since shrine validations happens during save on the backend(, sometimes the users upload images that have large dimensions.

How others have approached adding errors back to shrine for better UX?

Shrine handles some of those validations on the upload-error callback but the validations happens after that, during the model persistence

Help or some high level suggestions would be greatly appreciated
