Uppy not giving meta data needed to persist in database

I'm able to successfully upload to s3 bucket but it's not giving meta data needed to persist on db. Here is my form with uppy setup:

I tried Walkthroughs s3 direct upload. It seems little outdated. Like companionUrl doesn't work on this case have to provide endpoint. Uppy Core has been deprecated.

Yeah, the Uppy examples and Roda demo app seem outdated with respect to recent Uppy changes, I'll update them and figure out why the location info is missing.
