Description:
PySiddhi installation in Windows fails since Windows distribution is unavailable in pip.

It was raised through Stackoverflow issue.

Steps to reproduce:
Execute pip install pysiddhi as per installation guide

Hi, I am still not able to install pysiddhi in windows using pip install pysiddhi. I also tried installing from https://github.com/siddhi-io/PySiddhi but got this error - 'Exception: Unable to find JAVA_HOME' .

It is working for me now, I was installing Pysiddhi on Python 3.9 and after degrading it to 3.7 it worked.
I also installed the mentioned dependencies in this link - https://siddhi-io.github.io/PySiddhi/Installation-Guide/
