Goal

Understand the source for the error we faced during the GNO-A onboarding simulation

Context

We faced a problem when trying to run the end-to-end onboarding simulation for the GNO-A collateral onboarding.
In particular the step when the mainnet spell would have been casted on the hardhat fork ran into a problem. For a detailed description on the problem we were facing please see: #556 (comment)

One hint received from PE was that it might have something to do with the spell not having the hat

Tasks

  • Investigate the problem and document findings in this issue (goal is to learn for future onboardings)
