Suggestion / feature request

I would like to request the addition of scroll event support to the ix-select component. This feature would allow developers to capture scroll events and implement functionalities such as infinite scrolling or lazy loading of options within the dropdown.

Currently, I don't see ix-select component have support capturing scroll events.
This limitation makes it difficult to implement features like infinite scrolling or lazy loading of options, which are essential for handling large datasets efficiently.
