This is a special release for sourcegrid with a need from one of the projects (IEC61850 sys con) for an hotfix. Base (source code) for this release/tag is 3P-PUBLIC-SOURCEGRID_V4.40_EA16 and the nuget artifact is generated and deployed to Artifactory and no release done to github. Post the artifact creation as part of the build step tagged with 3P-PUBLIC-SOURCEGRID_V4.40_EA17
