[Feature]支持发送完微信小程序订阅消息后返回msgid #758

发送订阅消息后会响应类似以下的数据，但是当前v1.2.6版本API中并不支持获取msgid。
```

```
如果能获取到msgid，那么可以通过该值来判断本次发送成功与否。
