Not Manjaro Out of the Box

What does this offer compared to Arch out of the box?

I can run all of the same commands that you suggest in Arch to create the Manjaro environment.

The only difference is setting up the RDP, which is possibly suspicious, and also isn't necessary for stock Arch WSL2 from with Windows Store.

If you get Manjaro as an ISO, etc, for a classic non-WSL Linux install, it comes prebuilt.
